We will be serving a two-entrée Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free Lunch Buffet


Raspberry Chicken – Boneless breast of chicken grilled with a raspberry and white wine sauce on the side.

Old Fashioned Sliced Country Ham

Green Beans – Butter on the side

Herb-Roasted Baby Red Potatoes

Tossed Green Salad – GF dressing on the side

Seasonal Fresh Fruit


This year due to venue requirements, please DO NOT bring a homemade dessert to share with others.  We DO encourage you to bring one copy of your favorite gluten-free or  allergy-free recipe to the conference, whether dessert or any other food type.  Those recipes will be shared shortly after the conference on http://www.iowaceliacconference.blogspot.com/ in the “Recipe” section.
