Some years the Iowa Celiac Conference asks attendees to bring their favorite allergen-free dessert to share after lunch. Attendees are also asked to bring the recipe for the dessert they bring. Recipes are then posted on this site.
For best results, please click on the link below to see the recipes. Once the recipes are on your screen, click on "FILE" in the upper left corner (under "Recipes"), then on "Download". Save the document to your hard drive in a location you can find later. Print the recipes once they are on your personal hard drive, since they do not print well from this site.
